Telephone Banking

Access your accounts over the phone by calling (515)  573-4040. You'll need to know your member number (account number) and your social security number to get started. With phone banking, you can check balances, check recent transactions, transfer money between accounts and more any time of the day or night. Let us know what you think after you try it.
Electronic Statements

Members can now sign-up to receive your statements from your computer!  This allows users to members to view and print their statements at the beginning of each month, instead of having to wait for mail delivery. Also, it simplifies record keeping, since statements are stored securely, online for up to 5 years. There is no cost for this service.

 
Reorder Checks

No need to call the credit union and have someone reorder checks for you. Reorder online any time of day using the web links. You have your choice between either Liberty or Deluxe brand checks. It is secure, easy and convenient and you can see exactly what your checks will look like when you place your order.
